By accessing or using the Pub2Pub Ebike Adventures website or renting our e-bikes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

• Riders must be at least 18 years of age or have consent from a parent or legal guardian. 
• A valid government-issued ID is required for all rentals. 
• Riders must be physically capable of safely operating an e-bike. 

By renting an e-bike, you agree to:

• Return the e-bike in the same condition as received (normal wear and tear excepted) 
• Use the e-bike in a safe and responsible manner 
• Follow all local laws, traffic regulations, and trail rules 
• Not allow unauthorized riders to use the rented e-bike 

• Helmets are strongly recommended (and may be required by law) 
• Riders assume all risks associated with cycling, including injury or death 
• You agree to inspect the e-bike before use and report any issues immediately 

All e-bikes are equipped with GPS tracking for safety, operational support, and theft prevention. By renting an e-bike, you consent to this tracking.

• Rental fees must be paid in full prior to use 
• We accept most major forms of payment 
• Pricing is subject to change without notice 

• Cancellation policies may vary depending on booking method 
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion based on circumstances such as weather or operational issues 
• No-shows may forfeit rental fees 

You are responsible for:

• Any damage to the e-bike during the rental period 
• Loss or theft of the e-bike 
• Repair or replacement costs, which may be charged to your payment method on file 

You agree not to:

• Use the e-bike under the influence of drugs or alcohol 
• Use the e-bike for racing, stunts, or off-designated trails 
• Modify, tamper with, or attempt to repair the e-bike 
• Use the e-bike in a negligent or reckless manner 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Pub2Pub Ebike Adventures is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during use of our e-bikes 
• You assume all risks associated with the rental and use of the equipment 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pub2Pub Ebike Adventures from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the e-bike or violation of these Terms.

• All content on this website is for informational purposes only 
• You agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access to systems 
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue website features at any time 

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
